With their name and background, Gear Up felt honored to be chosen as the provider of the Leadership Training Seminar for their 26 supervisors from its six manufacturing plants. These participants went through six 4-hour sessions that helped them become more effective in their roles as supervisors in the organization. Discussions, structured learning activities, and workshops were some of the training methods used to impart to them knowledge and skills on the four functions of management, motivation, communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving.
