MCWD Supervisors' Assertiveness Training

Just like last year, August is a busy month for Gear Up as MCWD handpicked us to conduct four training programs for them namely, Assertiveness Training, Effective Technical Writing, Conflict Management, and Teambuilding.

This partnership commenced last July 28 with the Assertiveness Training: A Supervisory Development Course for its 21 organizational leaders. "It was a great experience having the chance to facilitate a very interactive and smart group," our main facilitator shared. The program culminated with case studies and role plays on assertion which served as an avenue for them to apply all that they have learned on that day.

We'll keep you updated with the other MCWD programs as they are run. Stay tuned!

Lear Goes Fast and Furious!

The Philippine branch of Lear Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, entrusted the team building program of its management team to us. Since Lear is in the automotive industry, we decided that it would be apt to adopt the Fast and Furious theme for its management team building. Everything revolved around this concept.

What we like about the participants was that they gave all their best into the activities and that they were very determined to win and at the same time learn from the structured learning activities that we developed specifically for their team. The photos below prove this.

Toyota Cebu Renews Ties with Gear Up

It was a pleasant news for us when Toyota Cebu decided to partner with us again. This time, our participants were their Sales team. The line-up of activities for the one-day event comprised of classroom sessions on work ethics and personality development. The day was highlighted by the teambuilding event and the culmination night which were also handled by Gear Up.

The participants enjoyed the personality development workshop where they were taught how to carry themselves with confidence and professionalism. This enthusiasm and energy was evident all throughout the day as shown by their eagerness to perform the teambuilding activities and win the competition. They carried this zest even until their fashion show during the culmination night.
