The Philippine branch of Lear Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, entrusted the team building program of its management team to us. Since Lear is in the automotive industry, we decided that it would be apt to adopt the Fast and Furious theme for its management team building. Everything revolved around this concept.
What we like about the participants was that they gave all their best into the activities and that they were very determined to win and at the same time learn from the structured learning activities that we developed specifically for their team. The photos below prove this.
