Last year, we conducted a teambuilding program in Ormoc, Leyte. This year, we go back to this beautiful island and this time in Tacloban.
SOCOR Construction group, an ISO 9001:2008 company with branches all over the Philippines, gave us the task of running a teambuilding for their Leyte and Samar branches.
We were greeted by a group of very energetic and super accommodating employees of SOCOR. They made us feel like welcomed guests. And in return, we did our best to treat them like how clients should be treated: as KINGS. This one-day teambuilding activity was conducted last September 9, 2011. Despite a very hot and sunny weather in the morning and the heavy rain in the afternoon, the determination of the participants was never swayed. A fellowship night out capped the day's event.
